Students from João Afonso School built greenhouses for PAprICa

As part of the project PAprICa – Enhacing Learning with the Internet of Things, the 7th grade students from João Afonso Basic School of Aveiro were on January 16th at the Fábrica Centro Ciência Viva de Aveiro where they carried out several activities during all morning.

Some of these students, 15, were in the Dóing space where, with the help of the Guides developed under the PAprICa project, they built the greenhouses that will house Internet of Things devices and where different environments will be simulated.

The environment simulations will be monitored through Internet of Things systems that will allow to determine the impact that different environments may have on the development of some plants.
